The managing director ensures that defined requirements are fully understood and met.
INSA take all necessary steps to ensure that customers’ requirements are accurately determined and meet with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction, by monitoring information relating to customer perception to whether the organization has met the customers’ requirements. Results of which will be analyzed and presented to the management review.
